This is where RB Leipzig wanted to set the scene in a very surprising way. In a night time campaign, we dressed the city's best-known and most popular statues in said new jersey, custom tailored to fit.
The next morning, passers-by were amazed to discover completely new attractions around the city. Bach, Goethe, Leibniz and Wagner all kitted out in new RB attire.
There was a bit of a discussion with the police, but we did see them smiling as they removed the jerseys. We got a big hug from the press, who in fact celebrated our efforts. Following the stunt, the giant jerseys were auctioned off for charity, and football fever had struck us all again. Football's coming home.
