These days there's an app for everything, even for scheduling team shortages and management for caregivers. Due to their highly demanding roles, care workers are increasingly and regularly missing birthdays, celebrations and other joyful moments with family and friends. The app creates rosters for caregivers and takes everyone's personal preferences into account.
What struck us immediately: staff shortages in the care sector could eventually potentially affect us all, and this app tries to counteract that problem. Although, it was lacking that unique, unmissable and attention-grabbing campaign. We immediately got the bug and felt our pulses spike.
This campaign had to pop! So we roughed up the corporate design to make it more rugged, visually striking and eye-catching. We're talking about 24-grain sandpaper.
Communication mechanics: draw attention to a problem and offer a solution at the same time. Protest and revolution with genuine messages, in particular thanks to various testimonials.
It was imperative for us to hit the ground running, and that meant, by creating unforgettable messaging and scenography at the top trade fair for the caregiving industry. We hit the ground hard and ran with it, creating quite a stir at the very epicentre of the entire industry, and it goes without saying that our efforts made quite an impact for all visitors alike. In the end, it's because we took care of everything.
