Responsibility is born upon many shoulders, and everyone on the team has a role to play. In that realm, communication is the most important thing and the team is the individual’s priority. Are we on about co-creation now? No - This is handball! But as a volunteer coach for the 1st women's team of SG Klotzsche, Judith rightfully sees many parallels. It goes without saying, they are currently the highest-ranked women's team in the city of Dresden.
