The post-dairy era is coming!
Society’s eating habits are changing, as we pay more and more attention to sustainability and animal welfare. As the market recognises these shifts, new products are unleashed to meet those trends head on. In this context, a dairy brand came to us with the wish to accompany their strategic decisions for new products and investments at their company location.
Our recommendation: In addition to the factors of economic efficiency and technological feasibility, a guiding purpose and solid vision are also needed for future-proof decision-making. What is the purpose of our company? To what extent do nutrition trends such as veganism and self-optimisation have an impact? What positive image of the future does our organisation strive towards?
A look through the lens of the future - in the two-day workshop we methodically supported the seven-member management team and accompanied them in developing the essential elements of their corporate vision. Followed by a moderated decision-making flow for new products and investments.

How did we manage that?
- Trend Impulse: In an initial keynote, we put management into "future mode".
- Sociometric configuration: By assessing the location's own innovative capacities, we were able to showcase different perspectives from within the organisation, promote healthy dialogue and create mutual empathy and understanding.
- Purpose Tournament: Adapted from the 1-2-4-all method, we established consensus within the management with short and iterative sprints.
- Scoring: In addition, the team is now able to arrive at collective decision making points, taking into account various deciding parameters, perspectives and expertise for new products and investments on an equal footing.

Joy, motivation and gleeful faces - the enthusiasm of the management was not only contagious to us, but also for the rest of management on site. In the end, there was not only more confidence towards a positive future, but also a standing ovation for us. We have never had that happen before.
