We do not act in a vacuum. Every company should take responsibility. Whether in client work or how we run the business, we are aware of our entrepreneurial duty and want to act accordingly. We cannot do everything—but in three areas we can help and engage. These three tie to who we are and our heritage.
Many of us are children of the GDR. Most of us still remember living in a system where freedom of opinion and self-determination were not celebrated. We use the voices we have—and we support anyone who wants to use theirs. Having a voice is a precious good worth protecting. And democracy is, in a way, co-creation too.


Graffiti, hip-hop, street culture—before we were a company, we were a crew. We know the magic of subculture and keep our ear to the street. Young talent has a huge impact on culture. That is why we want to promote and connect them.


We have only one Earth. We do our part to protect and preserve it. We are far from zero, but we try to get a little cleaner every day—whether plastic use, our energy consumption, or how we travel. We constantly question ourselves so we can live and work in ways that use fewer resources and last longer.
