Every company must take responsibility, as none of us work in vacuum. Whether it's client projects or corporate management, we are aware of our corporate responsibility and act accordingly. We cannot do everything, however there are three things we can always do. The following is our DNA and our heritage.
Many of us are children of the GDR. Most of us still know what it's like to live in a system, under which freedom of expression and self-determination were not celebrated. We use our voices, and support others to do the same. The power of our voices is a privilege worth protecting. Democracy is inherently co-creation.
Graffiti, Hip-Hop, The Streets - before we were a company, we were a crew. We know the magic of subcultures and keep our eyes and ears to the streets. Up-and-coming talents have a big impact on culture. That's exactly why we want to promote and connect with such people.
We only have one earth, and we will do our part to protect and preserve it. Of course, we are still far from being climate-neutral, but we try everyday and with every decision, to exist a little bit cleaner. Whether it's less plastic, optimising our own energy consumption or our travel habits - these are all things where we consistently question ourselves, so that we can increasingly live and work in a more resource-conserving and sustainable way.
